Shelby American Billet Fuel Rails For Mustang

Shelby American has just rolled out some new precision machined billet fuel rails for the 2005-2010 Mustang GT 4.6 and the 2007-2012 Ford Shelby GT-500 5.4 engines. The new mod provides a nice visual under your hood with SHELBY engraved in the stout looking aluminum.

They also provide better flow too with an 11/16″ inner diameter which can come in handy for some higher powered applications. The rails are made from machined billets not extruded rail stock like many on the market.

They are anodized in a clear finish for long lasting appearance and come with precision bent stainless steel mounting brackets. And of course they are made in the USA.

Shelby says the  rails include the provision to mount the factory fuel pressure sensor, and have two 1/8″ NPT ports ahead of the sensor mount to allow for the installation of a fuel pressure gauge or sender and to provide a fuel supply for a nitrous injection system.

On the GT-500 models, the ports are angled away from the blower case to ensure adequate clearance for bulky electric pressure sending units.

The GT 4.6 kit includes  a custom-made braided stainless steel fuel crossover line with swivel fittings, a port plug for the front of the passenger side rail. These rails can be used with the factory returnless fuel system or with a custom return-style fuel system.

Retail pricing ranges from $309-319.
