Vaughn Gittin Jr has recently been turned lose at the Mustang’s Flat Rock Assembly plant in Michigan to do his thing. The video which depicts his race car rolling off the line, starts with him taking the wheel as a track tester.
The fun and humorous video shows him taking off out of the factory door and spinning a web of tire tracks all over the back lot at Flat Rock, then onto the test track for some of his trademark drifting chaos.
In his Monster Energy Drift Mustang, he weaves in and out of other Mustangs driving along at the factory complex and on the track itself. As stated in the beginning of the video, about 5% of the 500 Mustangs built each day get tested out on the track.
At one point in the video he actually clips one of the new Mustangs awaiting its day to be loaded up on the train. That one small scrape aside, the video takes us through not only parts of the factory line but many of the back lot areas of the plant.
If you have ever been to Flat Rock, you will recognize many of the locations and sights. Enjoy!
