SEMA 2007: Retrobuilt RSC-GT Mustang

Staff Report

Just when you though what you see is what you get, you don't.

11-03-07: In our wandering about this year’s SEMA show we came upon this Mustang and began giving it a keen look-over. From behind it looks of a 1967 Mustang with the exterior décor package, featuring the aluminum grilles around the individual tail lamps.

The more you take in this true to form 1967 ‘Stang, reality sets in that this car is indeed an S-197 Mustang artfully customized to look even more retro than Ford had intended. Retrobuilt.com showed off the RSC-GT which carried a variety of off the shelf and custom parts that conspire to fool the eye pretty well, truly capturing the style of yesterday with the reliability and performance of today.

Retrobuilt.com is run by John Walvoord of Dallas, Texas and Clinton White of Ozark, Missouri. Both are certifiable car nuts who have a passion for keeping old and rare muscle cars on the road.
