What the numbers are pointing out to me is that people are hungry for color in general. Most car companies are sticking us with the same old tired color palette of grey, white, black, silver, and a couple of dark metallics.
It's time to get bold. It's time to celebrate our cars with colors that really move people to make the buy.

+1
And what better than a car that looks like it came from the 60s to go back to some of the bright colors of that era.
Still not sold on the powder blue, though.

I just wanted to let you know that your post made it on to Ford's Weekly Roundup - FORD MUSTANG - Ford Motor Company - digital snippets . The content is refreshed 2x weekly, so just look under the Weekly Roundup Archive to see your snippet.
Each week we look for the best of the web mustang stuff - anything that's made by mustang lovers. All of the items get tagged in delicious, "mustangbestoftheweb" and from that list, Ford chooses their faves!
Our agency works closely with Ford on their social media efforts. We are heading up this project so I wanted to let you know.
Congrats!

First of all, It's not powder blue, it's grabber blue. An original colour of 1969 & 1970. Personally, I love the colour and have been waiting for them to bring it back. So, If you are calling my 1970 Grabber Blue Boss 302 "gay"....well....maybe its the pot calling the kettle black?

Imagine the conversations we would be having if they came out with "Grabber Pink".

The Grabber Blue with white stripes is okay but my choice would be the Sterling Grey Metallic with silver stripes. I'm not thrilled with the flat black hood vent and lower rear bumper and the grey seems to make those areas a little less obvious.
BTW, I own a 70 Mach 1 Q code (428CJ) in Grabber Blue with black hood stripes. While it could easily rip you a new arse hole it is definitely not gay.
