2010 Packs

I know you must have a manual for the Track Pack, but what about the Handling Pack? And, do you think it's worth the extra $1,300+ w/o the Track Pack?

Yea, I read all that and more, but it doesn't state if you have to have a manual like with the Track Pack. And what about the cost benefits?

The handling pack is a dealer installed or over the counter package. It can be installed on anything.

You can get the handling pack installed on an automatic by your dealership and maintain your warranty. It is the same basic setup that was put on the Shelby GT, and having driven one, I can say it handles years better than a stock GT. A suspension is a system, not a part. If it's not set up properly, it won't work. Your springrates, will effect the proper diameter stabilizer bar, which will need specific rebound rates from your shocks, etc... etc.. The nice thing about the handling pack is that it was set up by Ford Racing engineers to work well as a system... And it does. The lowering of the car slightly also looks badass!

Thanks for clarifying that with such great detail. Based on your info I will be having the Handling Pack installed on my 2010 Premium GT when I place my order. Now I just have to decide on the color!

Right on. If nothing else about the car makes you happy you will love the way it handles.
