2010 GT500 uncovered?!!

Just hours after the '10 Stang spy photos surfaced, these popped up as well...2010 Shelby GT500: 2010 Shelby GT500 Convertible Spotted Less Disguised Not sure if they're real. Everything seems accurate, antenna, mirrors, etc... It's just Very photo shop looking with all the gray surrounding it. Oh well, figured I'de post 'em anyways.

You have been busy today Nice work. I zoomed them up a bit. Looks like Ford is taking the wraps off as expected. While the unveiling is in November, they often "accidentally" get photos of the car out ahead of time to gauge public reaction.

Thanks for blowing those up. I have NO idea how to do that fancy stuff. I'm still a hunt and pecker (can I say that here?). Seems like Ford is busy today. Hope those are real (don't know if I can say that either), they look great.

Well I will throw out my "reaction" I would like to see a better angle of the rear because it looks kinda quirky but sometimes that adds character. And well I hope thats not their new paint scheme

I think the big thing that these photos tell us more than the styling alone is that the GT-500 will be on the scene along with the regular Mustang when the 2010 models come out. If not available at the same time, they will be available soon thereafter.

This is a significant difference from the 2005 Mustang, when it took two years for the GT-500 to follow. That is pretty cool.

I find it kind of amusing that with all the "disguising" that Ford did, they conveniently left the stripes in plain view...

I prefer this generation Shelby Gt500's rear fascia much better than the predecessor's!!! The wing is cosmetically, and I hope functionally, better looking than the previous Shelby Gt500! I thought Ford was kinda cheap by putting the V6 wing on the KR!!
