Will the Popular 427R Continue in 2010+

I know the Stage 3 is the maystay of the Roush stable and since 2007 the 427R has become a very popular alternative, so I was wondering if Roush will continue the 427R run or come up with something 'new' in 2010?

Thoughts???

Time will tell. I hope to get some answers on this when I go to Michigan this coming week.

Stage 3 was overshadowed by the 427R by a staggering 7 to 1 and even 2 to 1 by the 428R in the 2008 Roush Production: 2008 Roush Mustang Production Numbers

Thus, it has become a less and less important model compared to models with a more pronounced personality like the 427R and 428R. We will see.

Wow. I didn't realize it was that much of a gap. What is the price difference between the two?

Gotta love those ever popular 427R's! My guess is the model will continue, given the success.

Well with the current economic environment its not exactly a cut and dry answer do to 'deals' being out there, but for the most part there is about $4000-$6000 difference, the Stage 3 being the higher end car, but throw a bunch of nice options on the 427R and you are up there close to the Stage 3.

To answer your questions 427r, there is no answer. I spent some time with the Roush people today and talked a lot about their products. They are not talking about what is coming in the 2010 models at this point other than to say they will be coming online next spring.

Time will tell

I guess if we all knew this far in advance, then it wouldn't be much of a surprise when they did come out, now would it. Thanks for the info, or lack of it!!
