Where are all my Fox fanatics at?

Hopefully the new site will bring in some Fox lovers! I'm gonna try and repost my pics in the gallery, so check 'em out! The car's an '89 with some mild mods (mostly exhaust, gears, and chassis/ suspension work), but as any Fox owner knows, it's a never ending labor of love. Plan to get back into the motor this winter, but as she sits she has run a best of 13.8 at 100.5 MPH. Not bad, but LOTS of room for improvement. So don't be shy, throw out some posts, and pics. Let me know what YOU have in the garage!!!

Can't say this is in my garage any more but I really liked this car. It was an 88 LX auto. Also had some mild mods( Lentech 3000 stall converter and Valve Body, BBK Ceramic headers and BBK H-pipe and chrome tips. New 3.73 8.8" Ford Rear & Aluminum driveshaft, New blue Base coat Clear coat paint, Crane 1.7 Roller Rockers.

Poor pic but you get the idea.

Sweet!!!

I really wish I still had that car.It would be a nice compliment to the Roush!! At the time I just had too many things going on and needed garage space. Sold it in 2000 for $5500.00 it had 80,000 original miles and was in very good shape. Basically stock looking except for the mods I mentioned. Stock cloth blue interior!!!

I remember a lot of good things and critiques of the car. One thing it really had going for it in hindsight was it's light weight. 225hp in that thing didn't feel a lot different than 300hp in a new one.

This was my very first Mustang, an '84 GT 5.0, LOVED that car, and it is the reason I never lost my love for the mustang! I put a "for sale" sign in my window and my neighbor came over and bought it within the hour. I kicked myself for years for selling it and thought I would never find something like it again, until I got my Roush... WOW!! Great memories, here's a pic. I am not sure the extent of mods that were on it. It had a Holly 750 DP and I got about 9 mph! I bought the fox when it was less than 2 years old, from a guy who was in the Air Force and had modded the crap out of it. All I knew is that it was fast as hell and I was in love!!!

Check out the metric wfeels. My buddy has an '83 that used to have those wheels. He replaced them 'cause it was a giant pain in the ass to find tires that fit. I love the old "four eye" Mustangs, though. You see a lot of Fox bodies around, but the four eyes are getting real rare nowadays.

That stang was very similiar to the first one I rode in of that body style. It was White/w Black Stripes. We cruised to a York, Pa car show in it and that little 302 was fun to ride in. That probably had alot to do with me buying my future mustangs. I bought my 88 LX 10 years after that first ride.
