No, thank god. It's got the Sport Blue exterior, but just a black interior. That includes the dash panels. I'm tellin' you, the car's a blast and really turns heads! We have an SE as well, and even the more basic models look sharp. The new four cylinder really like to rev more than the 2.3 it replaced, and between 4,500-6500 rpms, the 170 hp is more than ample. The 34 mpg rating doesn't hurt either!
I've noticed a shift in buyers for the Fusion over the last 6 months. We picked up the under 25 group that always bought the Accord or Altima. In particular, young women. They NEVER used to check out the Fords, and I've sold three Fusions this week to fathers buying first cars for their daughters. They're appealing to many different kinds of buyers, not just the conservative core they've hung onto for years. I think Ford is really positioned to be the #1 auto manufacturer when the dust settles on this mess.
Bottom line is, we're getting great cars out of them now, and it's a good time to be a Ford faithful!
