Ford is showing off the new European version of the 2011 Focus CMax at the Frankfurt Auto Show this month. If you like the Fiesta 5-door, think of this as the same car only scaled up by a factor of 20%. It comes in between the Pontiac Vibe/Toyota Matrix and the Mazda 5. Tallish, roomy, efficient and with all the cool looks of the Fiesta.
Ford is mum on whether it is coming to the States, but it is strongly believed that it will when the next generation Focus is built here. There is a plant that is scheduled to build the new Focus next year. Intriguing is that another plant is also scheduled to build a car off the same platform, but what that car is has yet to be announced.
