TOOELE - Larry H. Miller, the owner of Miller Motorsports Park, has received the annual Lee Iacocca Award, which is presented by the Ford Mustang Club of America.
Miller was recognized for his dedication to motor sports, the construction of Miller Motorsports Park, the creation of the Ford Racing High Performance Driving School and the creation of the Ford Racing Mustang Challenge.
Miller received his award at the Mustang Club of America's annual national meeting, which was held recently in Park City. Money raised during the event will directly benefit the Iacocca Foundation, which is dedicated to finding a cure for diabetes.

Over the last 24 years, the Iacocca Foundation has raise more than $23 million for diabetes research.
Miller's son, Bryan, accepted the award on behalf of his father. Bryan Miller is the corporate event sales manager at MMP.
In a prepared statement, Larry Miller said, "It is my distinct honor to receive the Lee Iacocca Award. Mr. Iacocca is an outstanding American and his dedication to funding diabetes research is indicative of his character and generosity."
